Session 2 – Navigating New Landscapes and Working Across Boundaries
As an Associate Dean, you have a new set of peers and collaborators across academic disciplines and the institution as a whole. In order to be effective in your work, you will need to navigate a different, more complex landscape. In this session, we will explore strategies for assessing that landscape, working effectively across academic departments and divisions, and building productive collaborations with colleagues beyond academics.
