Ashley Torgerson has over a decade of comprehensive administrative experience assisting leaders in high-impact roles. Serving as both Executive Assistant to the President and Project Lead for the Fostering Neurodiversity Initiative, she specializes in bringing teams together through thoughtful coordination, turning shared vision into structured, meaningful outcomes across higher education.
Ashley holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Spanish from Winona State University and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine at the University of Western States.
