Dr. Melissa M. González teaches courses in the humanities and interdisciplinary studies, conducted in both English and Spanish, across multiple departments at Davidson College, where she has also held several leadership roles. Her research studies trans/queer literatures and cultures in the American hemisphere.
Fellowship Project: Expand ongoing efforts in Academic Affairs to close the loop between the recruitment of excellent and diverse faculty and developing, supporting, and retaining of them throughout the entire faculty lifecycle.
