Join Carly Priest (The Neurodiversity Alliance) for this session designed for academic leaders across the Associated Colleges of the South consortium. Inclusive classroom environments and course design can improve individual and course outcomes, boost student persistence and success, and enhance the teaching experience for faculty. Grounded in Universal Design for Learning (UDL), including flexible approaches to engagement, representation, and how students demonstrate learning. This session offers a framework for supporting neurodivergent students at scale, helping leaders equip faculty to teach inclusively without compromising academic rigor or whole-class instruction. You’ll leave with concrete talking points to bring back to your campus, along with practical, college-ready strategies to apply to your communities.
