Led by leaders from ACS’s FOC Connect mentoring program, this workshop explores the challenges and opportunities facing historically marginalized faculty and offers strategies for creating supportive and inclusive academic environments. Participants will leave with practical approaches for strengthening campus culture and fostering faculty success, recruitment, and retention.
