CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT
Check-in time for guest rooms and meeting spaces at St. Mary’s Sewanee is 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.

DAMAGES and LOSSES
St. Mary’s Sewanee is not responsible for the damage or loss of personal property.

CHILDREN and PETS
Only certified service animals are allowed in lodging, dining, and meeting spaces. Please inform the Reservations office if you or one of your participants is bringing a service animal. If another group is on retreat at the same time, they will be informed of the service animal in the case of allergies in the other group.

Due to the facility location on a bluff, it is strongly recommend that adults on retreat find alternative accommodations if traveling with children.
